Fabacle Replacement Policy

Fabacle follows strict quality control standards for all wallets, belts, bags, and accessories. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request may be considered within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received a wrong item

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged due to mishandling
  • Tags or packaging are removed
  • Request is raised after 3 days
  • Item is customized or engraved
  • Issue relates to leather texture, grain, marks, or slight color variation

Additionally, requests based on personal preferences such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Not liking the product after delivery
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • No longer wanting to use the product

will be treated as non-eligible cases.


2. Natural Leather Disclaimer (Not a Defect)

All Fabacle products are made from leather, which naturally includes:

  • Grain variations
  • Wrinkles or small marks
  • Slight tone differences
  • Surface irregularities

These are natural characteristics of real leather and are not considered defects.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)

To request a replacement, a proper unboxing video is mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Recording must start before opening the package
  • Show all sides of the parcel clearly
  • Package must appear untampered
  • Video must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses)
  • Entire unboxing and product inspection must be visible

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.


4. Tampered Package at Delivery

If the package appears:

  • Torn
  • Opened or retaped
  • Damaged
  • Suspicious

Do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.


5. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Mandatory unboxing video

Process:

  • Review within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, pickup will be arranged
  • After verification, a replacement will be dispatched


6. Replacement Terms

Replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The wrong item was delivered

All approvals are subject to quality check after return pickup.


7. Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is verified, pickup will be arranged at no additional cost
  • Requests outside eligibility conditions will not be processed


8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us before the product is delivered.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before delivery
  • Once the product is delivered, the order is considered final and falls under the replacement policy conditions mentioned above
