3. Leather Material Disclaimer
Different Fabacle products use different types of leather.
We clearly specify the exact material—such as Full-Grain Leather, Top Grain Leather, or Genuine Leather—on each product’s description page.
Because leather is a natural material, all types may show:
- Minor texture variations
- Natural grain patterns
- Small marks or irregularities
- Slight tone differences
These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural leather variations may occur depending on the specific material used in that product.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
- We accept UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, and COD (where available).
- COD orders may include an additional convenience fee.
- International orders (if accepted) must be prepaid only.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email/SMS
- A payment receipt (for prepaid orders)
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is an error in pricing or product information
- The transaction appears fraudulent
Refund will be processed accordingly.
6. Return & Refund Terms
Returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Key requirements include:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Mandatory continuous unboxing video showing all sides of the sealed package before opening
- Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags
- Returns for color/texture variations are not accepted

7. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Every return claim requires a continuous, unedited, one-take unboxing video
- Video must clearly show:
- All corners, edges, and seals of the unopened package
- Opening process
- Full product reveal
- Without this video, Fabacle is not obligated to approve returns or refunds
This rule protects customers and Fabacle from fraudulent claims.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Fabacle.com—including images, logos, text, designs, and media—is protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
