1. What products does Fabacle offer?

We specialize in premium leather wallets, belts, bags, card holders, and accessories. All products are crafted with high-quality materials and strict finishing standards.


2. Are your products made from Original leather?

Yes. Our products are made from Full-Grain Leather, which is the highest and strongest grade of leather available.
Full-grain leather is superior to:

  • Top Grain Leather
  • Genuine Leather (a lower grade)

It retains the natural grain, strength, durability, and premium character of real leather. This ensures you receive the finest possible leather quality in every Fabacle product.


3. Do the product colors look exactly the same in real life?

We try to display colors as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and natural leather textures. Such minimal differences are normal and not eligible for return.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available in selected pin codes. A small COD convenience fee may apply.


5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 6–9 business days


6. What if the package looks tampered or suspicious on delivery?

Do not accept the package.
Take photos and contact us immediately. We will assist you and coordinate with the courier.


7. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product, only in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Wrong product delivered

Mandatory: A continuous unboxing video showing all sides of the sealed package before opening.

8. Do you accept returns due to change of mind or color/texture difference?

Leather is a natural material, and slight variations in texture, natural grain, or minor tone differences are normal characteristics of premium leather. These are not considered defects because each piece of full-grain leather has its own unique pattern and finish.

For this reason, returns based on minor texture or tone variations are not eligible.

9. Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is possible, but it is handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you want an order shipped outside India, please contact us first so we can check feasibility and courier availability for your location.
All international orders must be prepaid, and shipping charges will vary based on the destination.
