Fabacle follows strict quality control for all wallets, belts, bags, and accessories. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The product has a genuine manufacturing issue
- The product is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product is used, damaged due to mishandling, or missing accessories
- Tags/packaging are removed
- Request is raised after 3 days
- Item was customized or engraved
- The issue is related to leather texture, grain, natural marks, minor tone differences, or impurities
- Premium leather naturally has grain variations, slight marks, and tonal differences. These are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
2. No Returns for Leather Texture / Color Tone
Leather is a natural material. Genuine premium leather always shows:
- Minor grain differences
- Natural wrinkles or small marks
- Slight color tone variations
- Small surface irregularities
These are proof of authenticity and not defects, so returns will not be accepted on this basis.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for All Return Requests)
To process any claim (damage, defect, wrong item), you must provide a continuous unboxing video. Requirements:
- Start recording before opening the package
- Show all edges, corners, seals, and taping clearly
- Package must be shown as untampered and original
- Video must be in one single take, with no cuts, no pauses, no edits
- Keep the camera stable, avoid excessive zooming, maintain a distance so the entire package remains visible
- Continue recording until the product is fully unboxed and inspected
Without a proper unboxing video, return/replacement requests cannot be accepted.
4. Tampered / Suspicious Package at Delivery
If the package looks:
- Torn
- Tampered
- Retaped
- Damaged
- Suspicious in any way
Do NOT accept the delivery.
Contact us immediately before picking the product from the courier. We will assist you and guide you on the next steps.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us (click here) within 3 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order ID
- Issue explanation
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Our team will review the case within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup
- After the product reaches us and passes QC, refund/replacement will be processed
6. Replacement Policy
Replacement is provided if:
- The product is defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product arrived damaged and proof is valid
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after QC approval.
Refund timelines:
- UPI/Wallets: 2–3 business days
- Bank/Card Payments: 4–7 business days
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer
8. Return Shipping Charges
- If the issue is our fault (defect, wrong item, damage): pickup is free
- If it’s customer preference (only if allowed), shipping charges may apply
(Tell me if you want to completely remove “change of mind” returns — recommended for leather products.)
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible
